We have straightforward and transparent pricing – our subscription pricing for all organisations is £198 per annum. This includes custom fields and student visitor type.

We accept all major debit and credit cards. You pay online and can manage your card details through your VisitorBook billing account.
There is no limit on the number of terminals you can add to your system.
There’s no limit to the number of users you can have within VisitorBook whether that is staff, visitors or students.
We don’t provide hardware at the moment but hardware bundles are coming soon!
Look out for the optional bundle addition when ordering your VisitorBook subscription to include all the items you will need to get started.
You can obtain the hardware required separately or it might be that you already have some or all of the items available within your organisation.
Labels must be compatible with the above label printers. You can find some links to compatible labels on our accessories page.

The use of a label printer is not necessary, but you’ll probably find your experience with any sign in system is better if you do have one as it means your visitors can use printable visitor badges or QR codes for seamless scanning out.
We don’t expect users to have use of a printer during their free trial although it is great if they do have one! The system will still work for visitors to be signed in and out via the dashboard.
We recommend the use of a stand or bracket to hold your iPad – there are various options including floor or desk standing and wall mounted. These can be lockable to ensure the security of your iPad.

VisitorBook is a cloud-based solution hosted in ISO-certified data centres.
Your data will be hosted in the region you choose during sign up, and by the listed subprocessors.
All data is encrypted in transit over TLS 1.2. The data is encrypted at rest, and backups are also encrypted.
Data is retained for up to 3 years after your trial or subscription ends, in line with our Terms of Use. If you would like your data to be removed sooner please contact us.
