Libresoft Librarian+ - The smarter way to manage your library

I was using another well-known system before and I wasn’t a big fan of it – it felt a little outdated and slow, and would be generally frustrating, but was also quite expensive for our small budget. Another local school librarian showed me Libresoft and I loved the look of it, so I booked a demo. I was lucky enough to take advantage of a free migration in October, and had all of my records migrated super quickly. I wouldn’t look back – I love the new system and I’m currently working on tidying up years of records so that pupils can log into the system too. It’s changed how our library runs and we’ve got lots of ideas on how to utilise it!

Libresoft Librarian+ is so simple and affective to use. The staff always go above and beyond if I ever need support. It’s helped to clear up our library and makes stock checking a breeze. The students love being able to log on from home to reserve books and write reviews for their peers. Being able to see what books they currently have out (with accompanying book image) really helps keep track of their library books (and for parents too). I would love to see a wish list added, so that students can easily pitch new books to add to the library – maybe a connection direct with Peters books so that you can just hit a buy button to extend the library easily.
