As part of the The Primary School Library Alliance from National Literacy Trust, the World of Stories programme aims to address some of the key challenges facing reading for pleasure in schools where budget constraints often mean investing in school libraries and librarians is not an option. It is a programme to equip primary schools with the books, materials, training and resources they need to champion reading for pleasure across the whole school, and reinvigorate their school libraries and reading spaces.
