By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all rules and guidelines applicable to the use of Facebook, X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram.

The Promoter of this giveaway is Libresoft Ltd, a limited liability company registered in England with registered number 10838151 (the “Promoter”). Facebook, X or Instagram are not in any way affiliated or involved in the giveaway.

The Promoter is offering those who enter this giveaway a chance to win a “Prize” of: The Borrowers Collection 5 Books Set by Mary Norton for a DfE or Education Scotland registered school of their choice located within Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland).

There are three Prizes available and they will be awarded to one (1) Facebook entrant, one (1) X entrant and one (1) Instagram entrant.

To enter this giveaway; for Facebook, entrants must follow the LibresoftUK page plus comment on the giveaway post, for X, entrants must follow LibresoftUK and retweet the giveaway message and for Instagram, entrants must follow the libresoft_uk profile, like the giveaway post plus tag another Instagram user in the comments of the giveaway post.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and must be resident of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland). This promotion is not open to any employees of the Promoter or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this giveaway.

One entry allowed per person per social media platform. Entries may be submitted on behalf of a school. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.

No purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway and winners will not be required to pay to enter the giveaway, however internet access and a social media (Facebook/X/Instagram) account is required.

The promotion is open to entries from 09:00 on Tuesday 10th December 2024 until 12:00 on Monday 6th January 2025.

All Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.

The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this giveaway without prior notice.

The winners will be selected from all valid entries received between 09:00 on Tuesday 10th December 2024 and 12:00 on Monday 6th January 2025.

The winners will be notified within seven days of the draw via a Facebook, X or Instagram message or comment and will be asked to provide their contact details and the name and address of their nominated school so that their Prize can be arranged. The Prize will be sent directly to the winners nominated school. The winners may also be asked to share pictures of themselves with their Prize on social media but this will be at the winner’s discretion. If a winner fails to respond within seven days of this notification, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines a Prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the Prize.

Unless the winners notify us otherwise in writing within two weeks of being informed that he/she has won, the Promoter reserves the right to use and feature the names of the winners for publicity purposes and winners agree that they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies.

Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their Prize.

All copyright in the entries is the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to use any entries for such purposes and no additional payment will be made for using entries in this way.

The winners names, county of residence and nominated schools will be made available on request to anyone sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Promoter at our registered office address within 10 weeks of the closing date of the promotion.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries.

The Promoter reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion (including, without limitation, by setting up multiple Facebook, X, Instagram or other social media accounts in order to submit multiple entries).

The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any infringement of any third party intellectual property rights caused by entrants entering this giveaway.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the giveaway or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

You agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter’s decisions.

 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, including the seeking of all injunctive or ancillary relief actions.
