How to get help

We’ve written help guides for every part of the system. To find them:

1) Log in to your Librarian system as a librarian or staff user

2) Click on ‘Help’ on the bottom left of the menu

3) Search or browse for a relevant article

If you can’t find what you need in the help section:

1) Log in to your Librarian system as a librarian or staff user

2) Click on the ‘Submit a ticket’ link in the menu

3) Fill in the short form and click ‘Submit’ – we’ll come back to you very quickly
